Outpatient Therapist – Livingston:

Dynamic, thriving group practice in Livingston is in search of Part-Time fully Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD or PhD) with at least five years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults and/or families.

Training in and experience with DBT and/or Eating Disorders a definite plus!

Must be willing to work at least one or two evenings and one weekend day.

The right candidate is:

  • A New Jersey fully-licensed and seasoned therapist who can provide Psycho-social Assessments, Individual and Family Therapy.

  • Experienced in providing Group Therapy and/or interested in running groups. This is essential to the position.

  • Experienced with at least one of the following: self-harm, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse, eating disorders.

  • Knowledgeable about and interested in DBT Skills.

  • Learned and skilled in a technique or niche including, but not limited to, MBSR, art therapy, sand tray therapy, meditation, etc.

  • A team player that is actively looking to learn and grow professionally.

  • Available and willing to commit to working one or two evenings and one weekend day.

Client Services Manager - Livingston

Busy group therapy practice in Livingston is in search of dynamic, personable and reliable Part-Time Client Services Manager (20 hours per week) who will be an integral part of the team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health and connecting clients to services and is high-vibe, dedicated and patient and asks the right questions while supporting clients.

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage intake calls (answer phone and email, schedule intake appointments with appropriate therapist, answer potential client questions). This is a KEY component to the position.

  • Community outreach, marketing and scheduling of marketing appointments

  • Tracking of intake metrics (tracking incoming calls, scheduled sessions, referral sources)

  • Management of payroll

  • Communicate with clinicians regarding scheduling and office space.

  • Communicate with management regarding intake metrics and streamlining of intake processes

  • Overall management of EHR system

  • Overall office space management and maintenance including office equipment, supplies and form 

  • Anticipate needs of office and clinical team and take initiative to manage tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent phone manner and ability to listen to client’s concerns and needs

  • Ability to be on time, meet all deadlines and complete all tasks

  • Organized and detail oriented

  • Team-player who can also work independently

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Connects with our practice’s mission and upholds the highest standard of ethics and values

  • Familiarity with mental health terminology and services a plus

  • Expertise with computer programs such as EHR, Excel, word docs, etc
