How to Reset your Hushmail Passphrase:
1. Open an email from a Hushmail account and click on the button "Read your secure email"
2. In the next window, click on the blue text "Can't remember your passphrase?" below the password field
3. Click on the blue text "Reset my passphrase"
4. Create a new passphrase in the fields provided. Please note that any previous emails sent to your email will be automatically deleted for security purposes. You may need to ask your therapist to send you the encrypted email again
