$400 per 4 weeks

Mondays 7:00 - 8:00 PM

For parents of any age children who feel like they are slaves to their child's emotions, moods and/or demands.  Parents will learn tools and strategies to help their children and their families manage the expectations, results and ups and downs of parenting.  Participants will understand "normal" vs. unhealthy behaviors and will learn to identify triggers as well.  This group will help parents feel powerful and positive.
