Client Services Manager - Livingston
Busy group therapy practice in Livingston is in search of dynamic, personable and reliable Part-Time Client Services Manager (20 hours per week) who will be an integral part of the team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health and connecting clients to services and is high-vibe, dedicated and patient and asks the right questions while supporting clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage intake calls (answer phone and email, schedule intake appointments with appropriate therapist, answer potential client questions). This is a KEY component to the position.
Community outreach, marketing and scheduling of marketing appointments
Tracking of intake metrics (tracking incoming calls, scheduled sessions, referral sources)
Management of payroll
Communicate with clinicians regarding scheduling and office space.
Communicate with management regarding intake metrics and streamlining of intake processes
Overall management of EHR system
Overall office space management and maintenance including office equipment, supplies and form
Anticipate needs of office and clinical team and take initiative to manage tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent phone manner and ability to listen to client’s concerns and needs
Ability to be on time, meet all deadlines and complete all tasks
Organized and detail oriented
Team-player who can also work independently
Excellent communication skills
Connects with our practice’s mission and upholds the highest standard of ethics and values
Familiarity with mental health terminology and services a plus
Expertise with computer programs such as EHR, Excel, word docs, etc

This position is part-time, 18-20 hours (at least 4 days) per week and does not include benefits.
