Virgdant Breton, LSW (she/her), is a passionate, bilingual therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families thrive. With experience across the lifespan—from children and teens to adults—she brings warmth, empathy, and a down-to-earth style to guide the goals of her clients whether that's through individual, family, and/or group therapy. Known for her approachable nature and sense of humor, Virgdant creates a space where clients feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported.

Virgdant specializes in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, and more. She takes a personalized approach with each client, working collaboratively to empower them toward meaningful, lasting change. Her therapeutic approach is strengths-based and flexible, interweaving elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic theory, and humanistic principles to create a supportive and beneficial experience.

She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University and holds licenses in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.
