Cindy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in individual, group and family therapy with children, adolescents and adults.
Cindy has over 15 years experience working with children and teens who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss and out of home placements.
Cindy has provided psychotherapy, mindfulness and DBT skills groups to middle and high school students in the school environment. She is a strengths based clinician grounded in psychodynamic, attachment and trauma theory. Cindy offers her clients a safe, supportive and validating environment and utilizes various sensory counseling tools to put clients at ease. Her gentle, caring and compassionate manner enables her to develop strong therapeutic relationships with clients. Cindy takes a holistic approach to treatment and integrates play therapy, sound, and mindfulness into her work.
Cindy holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in International Trauma Studies from NYU and is an NASW Certified Clinical Supervisor. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
