For girls age 13-18 who would like to learn techniques to better manage stress. Using evidence-based mindfulness techniques, clients will gain focused awareness in each present moment allowing for improved attitude, diminished worry, and improved physical and mental health. Clients will learn and share with peers, forming healthy personal connections as well.
